Our
e-commerce system has its own built-in 128bit encryption
which is recognised as being more secure than the
more commonly used SSL. This level of security
ensures that your personal and payment details are
fully protected during transmission to the Internet
server, whilst being stored on the server and
during the order retrieval and processing stages.
Prices.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All
other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce
your VAT liability to zero.
All descriptions, statements and prices are to the best of our knowledge correct.
Errors and omissions are excepted.
Delivery.
We will process your order right away. Your order will normally be sent within
seven working days. Items which are custom made or subject to special order
will be sent within 28 working days. Please note that Time is not of the
essence to the contract.
Goods are shipped by FEDEX free of charge to North America,
Canada . The Royal Mail Special Delivery service is used for orders to be delivered
within Great Britain. Deliveries to other countries may be subject to a further
charge.
Returns Policy.
Our Returns policy means that any
faulty goods must be returned within10 working
days for replacement.
